G. Argy Rousseau Masks Vase
Measurements: 10 cm tall
Information: This is a very early G. Argy-Rousseau vase. It was first made in 1914. The mask theme was used on boxes and bowls as well. The central image of the vase shows the face of a man staring at the viewer from behind a collage of green ivy leaves. Despite being very early in his career, this is easily recognizable as G. Argy-Rousseau.
Your vase could have a similar design to the vase pictured but different colors. There could also be minimal style differences. While vases of the same catalog number should be very similar, no piece is going to be exactly the same as another.
